The services are available in 4 subscriptions, namely, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual subscriptions.
The service subscription is valid from the Date of Purchase of the service, when the payment has been duly received by BrilVoice for the service.
The service will be available to the customer for the entire period of the subscription.
Up on expiry, the service will be available for one full Calendar month to the customer. The extension of the availability of the services is termed as the 'Grace Period'. Within the Grace Period, BrilVoice will maintain all the usage records, credentials, and customer data uploaded on the services.
Up on a renewal of the existing subscription, BrilVoice will extend the service availability for the purchased subscription. BrilVoice will be responsible to maintain all the customer information with usage records, credentials and customer data uploaded on the service.
In case of non-renewal of the subscription, Service availability will cease to exist at the end of the Grace Period. At the end of the Grace Period, BrilVoice will not be responsible for maintaining usage records, credentials, customer data and available credit beyond the expiry of the Grace Period.
